Sweetheart Crop Top

This top is great to pair with a high waisted pair of shorts or jeans.  Comes in blue and white.   This top has a square neck with smocked back and elastic around the sleeve to give it a puff sleeve.  Also elastic in front makes it cinch and a ruffled bottom.
