IN-STORE PURCHASES: We accept returns within 14 days of original receipt for store credit or exchange providing that the item is unwashed, unworn with tags still on item. We reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of misuse or damage. All sale items or personalized items are final sale and we will not issue a store credit or allow exchanges.
ONLINE PURCHASES: We accept returns within 21 days of original receipt for store credit or exchange providing that the item is unwashed, unworn with tags still on item. We reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of misuse or damage. All sale items or personalized items are final sale and we will not issue a store credit or allow exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping. After we receive the item back in the store and it meets the requirements of return policy, we will issue you a store credit minus the $7.99 shipping regardless of free shipping.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I HAVE BEEN ISSUED A STORE CREDIT? You will receive an email with a gift card code that you can use online or in-store.
